So disappointed with my First Order. I have been a size 16E for over 40 years and so thought that I would not have a problem ordering my normal size. The cup size was perfect but the back size was way too big. I had to do them on the tightest clips so nowhere to tighten up as they stretch with wear. Not sure that I can return as I purchased them in your Sale .I have spent nearly $200.00 on items that I cannot wear.
R&Rose & Thorne New Zealand10 months agoHi Cheryl, there is no problem at all sending back the bras you purchased for an exchange or refund providing they have their tags on and are unworn. A try on is fine :)
Our technical fabric has been designed not to stretch out over time. There is no problem with doing the bra up on the tightest hook and eye if this is where it's most comfortable for you.
Every bra company is slightly different, we would love to have a chat and try and get you into the right size in our brand.
