Shipping & Returns

Shipping information:

We use a variety of local courier companies for your order. We do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Free shipping for orders $100 and over

$7.50 delivery for all orders under $80, $5 delivery for all orders $80 - $99.99 (you could just buy another bra!)

Orders are couriered with a tracking number and are typically dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of order.

NOTE:  We know waiting for your goodies to arrive can be frustrating, which is why we always endeavour to dispatch orders within 2 working days, with goods typically arriving 1 - 3 working days after dispatch. During sales periods it is common to expect slightly longer shipping times. Courier companies are however experiencing intermittent delays at times, so in the rare event that your goods haven't arrived in a timely fashion simply contact our team at: braguru@roseandthorne.com and we will be happy to assist with an update!

Change of heart? Returns

Great bra fit is really important, so we accept returns for a full refund of purchase price for any reason within 30 days of purchase on many of our products. But, there are a couple of rules to keep in mind:

Bras must be returned within 30 days of purchase

Bras must be returned in original and unsoiled condition. Original condition means unworn, unwashed, as new condition with all tags still attached.

We are unable to accept returns on any briefs (hygiene), items marked clearance or outlet / bras priced $29 or under (sales of these heavily discounted end-of-line items are final).

To keep things simple we don’t offer exchanges, however accepted returns will receive a full refund of the purchase price back to your method of payment. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Step 1 : Email braguru@roseandthorne.com to receive instructions to send your item/s back to our New Zealand Distribution Centre so we can ensure the return goes smoothly for you.

Step 2 : You’ll need to pay for the shipping to return your items back to us, and we do recommend you use a shipping service that gives you a tracking number and offers insurance - we are unable to take responsibility for any loss or delay of packages being returned while they are in transit.

Step 3 : You will receive confirmation of your refund via email once the return has been received and accepted (please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed once it arrives with us). Should the return not be accepted, a member of our team will contact you to advise next steps.

Important note: If the item has been used in a way it shouldn’t have been, or the care instructions have not been followed, then unfortunately, you won’t be eligible for a refund.
