Shipping information:

We use a variety of local courier companies for your order. We do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Free shipping for orders $80 and over

$7.50 delivery for all orders under $80 (you could just buy another bra!)

Orders are couriered with a tracking number and are typically dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of order.

NOTE:  We know waiting for your goodies to arrive can be frustrating, which is why we always endeavour to dispatch orders within 2 working days, with goods typically arriving 1 - 3 working days after dispatch. During sales periods it is common to expect slightly longer shipping times. Courier companies are however experiencing intermittent delays at times, so in the rare event that your goods haven't arrived in a timely fashion simply contact our team at: and we will be happy to assist with an update!

Change of heart? Returns and exchanges.

Great bra fit is really important, so we accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase on any full price or sale bras. We can only accept returns or offer an exchange on these if you return the bra in its original condition. Original condition means the bra must be unworn, unwashed, and have all its tags still attached.

Bras marked “Outlet”, all briefs, and any sale items under $20 cannot be exchanged or returned - sales of these are final.

All returns need to be sent back to our New Zealand Distribution Centre. Before you send anything though, please contact us via email at: for instructions. We want to make sure the return goes as smoothly as possible for you.

You’ll need to pay for the shipping to return your items back to us, though there is no shipping cost to you when we send you the replacement bra. We do recommend you use a shipping service that gives you a tracking number and offers insurance - we won’t take responsibility for any loss or delay of packages being returned while they are in transit.

Important note: If the item has been used in a way it shouldn’t have been, or the care instructions have not been followed, then unfortunately, you won’t be eligible for a refund or exchange.
